Damascus Blades Craft strives to ensure that orders are delivered to customers within the given time frame. However, sometimes there are delays from the courier’s end:
- Parcels may take longer during customs clearance.
- Flight delays can occur with courier companies.
- Occasionally, couriers may miss a parcel, which can cause delays.
In these situations, our team stays in contact with you. We make every effort to ensure your parcel is delivered to you as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for any import duties or local taxes you might be required to pay. We accept no liability for packages seized by customs. Please check local laws before ordering.
Please make sure you include an email address and daytime telephone number with your order. We must include this information on the shipping label in case the shipper or customs needs to make contact.
